Pumping Over
Throughout the Northern Hemisphere, harvest is underway. Already there are tanks and barrels bubbling away with the 2010 vintage. In Chile's Malleco valley, where this tank of Pinot Noir was being pumped over, however, the vines have just begun to bear fruit, and it will be some time before their tanks, of the 2011 vintage look like this again. -- Alder Yarrow
