Punchdown
There's an awful lot of this going on around the Northern Hemisphere. Harvest is in full swing, especially for those grapes that tend to be left to hang a bit longer like Syrah, and Cabernet. This is the view down into a vat of Merlot. It's a view that winemakers probably get a little tired of, but for those of us who don't see it too regularly, it's quite delicious. -- Alder Yarrow
