Restaurant Magazine, the premiere journal of gastronomy in the UK, has released their annual list of the 50 best restaurants in the world, with Yountville’s The French Laundry topping the list for the second year in a row. Sadly, I’ve only been to a couple of them (Nobu, Spago, Balthazar, and Felix). Everyone needs a good set of long term goals, though, and this looks like a great list to work from (UK restaurants in CAPS):
