SANTA MARIA, CA: The vineyards and hillsides along the Tepusquet Bench in Santa Maria Valley are covered with wild mustard as viewed near Santa Maria, California. Much of Southern and Central California have entered a fifth year of drought, but the vineyards of Santa Barbara County appear to be in good shape water-wise.
