Against the Andes
All my favorite wine regions around the world have at least one unique feature, apart from their wines, that make them special. It’s hard to miss Argentina’s — the incredible backdrop that the Andes play to the gentle sloping plateau of Mendoza wine country is one of the wine world’s greatest vistas. The view is so stunning, it might actually make the wine taste even better than it does naturally. — Alder Yarrow
