Napa Frost Protection
NAPA, CA: A Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard is sprayed with water to protect the dormant vines from frost. With the warm weather this year, the vines in Napa are already begging to show signs of bud break and growth, making vintners increasingly nervous about the possibility of upcoming frosts, and the damage they could do to the harvest.
