There are tasting rooms, and then there are places with room for tasting. I can’t think of a much more idyllic place to sit and taste some wine than this little spot under an old gum tree in the Macedon Ranges of Australia’s Victoria wine region. This particular spot comes courtesy of Granite Hills Wine Estate. I could sit there for hours.
