The Cellar
Old wine cellars are magical places. One of my favorite smells in the world is the damp woody winey smell of a barrel cellar. And when they have the patina of ancient use like this cellar at Casillero del Diablo in Chile, they're a feast for the eyes as well. -- Alder Yarrow
