My fellow blogger Tom over at Fermentations has a nice piece this week about winemakers, and how they can be some of the most underappreciated professionals in the world. We give doctors, lawyers, architects, engineers, and CEO’s their due, but when was the last time you heard anyone acknowledging how hard it is to be a really good winemaker? Tom has written a nice appreciation, that we would all do well to contemplate, and give thanks in our own ways for the people who create what we love to consume.
