Vinography Images: The Inner Circle

The Inner Circle
POMEROL, FRANCE: A cobblestone couryard decorates the estate at Château Pétrus on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. The wines of Pomerol have never undergone classification, so while Pétrus is widely regarded as one of the top estates in Bordeaux, it is not and has never been a First Growth. Since 2010, the wine has been made of entirely Merlot, making it easily the most expensive Merlot in the world.
