A load of Cabernet Sauvignon, done with its maceration, heads to the press in Sonoma County. Most of Northern California wine country is ramping up for harvest, with white grapes coming into the wineries in larger numbers, with red grapes soon to follow. So far, this year’s crop looks pretty good.
