Needed something bright and crisp and citrusy. And wanted to check in on how this wine was aging (not at all yet, still fresh as a daisy). I got all the lemon pith, white flowers, wet stones and crushed shells with hints of seawater I wanted. Lean and positively vibrating with energy. 2019 Ceritas “Trout Gulch Vineyard” Chardonnay, Santa Cruz Mountains, California. Good stuff @john.raytek.
